Tara's warm personality, knowledge of the area was instantly apparent and she was very easy to talk to about what I was looking for in a new home. The original listing I called her about did not fit my personal needs but fortunately I found the agent I knew would work for me. We purchased a home in Carrabelle, with Tara's assistance, in October 2021. I was extremely reluctant to move - we have been in downtown Tampa for the last 10 years. I work in New York City much of the year. The Forgotten Coast is definitely way, way different than my regular comfort zone. Tara was incredibly sensitive to my trepidation, and insanely accommodating, reassuring, and patient.
I quickly came to appreciate Tara's tactful knack for saving us all time during the hunting process. She knew well before I did what homes and neighborhoods would (and would not) match my personal tastes and interests. She graciously entertained questions about my long, long list - but helped me whittle it down very quickly.
It is obvious that much of the community respects Tara as a colleague as well. When you work with Tara, you gain access to a whole network of professionals and resources. Nearly anything I needed during (and after) the move, she was able to provide directly, or connect me with an excellent solution.
After our closing (which was a nightmare entirely of our own creation, which Tara artfully helped us salvage), I expected to stop hearing from her - which was a bummer, because she was the only person I knew in the area, and I genuinely really liked her. Coming through in her typical Tara way, she proved that she is not just a transactional realtor. She has been proactive in engaging with us, checking in, offering us additional tips and referrals, and just generally being a lovely human being. Tara has made this move so much better than I ever thought it could have been. She is an absolute gem, and a real incarnation of what a neighbor should be.

I am 61 and have bought many homes in my life using realtors and she is by far the best. I was a buyer looking for something very specific in a lot and Tara was patient and found it. So, it was not a huge commission but she treated me and this transaction like it was a million dollar sale. She showed me all the lots that meet my request and we walked them all and she helped educate me on the Florida requirements on ecological items, erosion history, building lines, etc... I realized how much I did not know about Florida waterfront requirements. Prior to closing, there was a deed issue from the seller requiring resolution. We had to extend the closing. She stayed the course. Knowledgeable, pleasant, responsive, dug in and stayed the course. Very pleased with Tara. I got lucky to get her from Zillow. read less

Throughout the entire process, Tara not only made herself available via phone, text and email but also in person. We live in Las Vegas Nevada and Tara met my wife and I in Panama City to walk the property with us. Tara’s knowledge in the Realestate industry seemed endless making our waterfront lot purchase easy.
